The Claw

The Claw is an exclusive Omega handle designed to specifically train wrist and finger flexion in static way. This piece of equipment has taken the wrist flexion movement, which until now was performed with the use of a free weight, to a new performing level. The front recess allows the housing of all commercial handlebars and allows a single load progression. Furthermore, the three grooves where the fingers rest make it adaptable to any type and size of hand.
